BIOLOGICAL CAUSES
To some extent, Men’s health can be Linked to their biological system, caused by hormones specific to males. Associated to that, social Stigma tends to mould men into superheroes. In fact, men’s are more likely to make unhealthy and risky choices and less likely to seek help.

HEALTH ISSUES
Some health issues linked to men’s reproductive system ,sexual life, prostate and cancer can affect their stress management and lead them to a psychological disorder. Psychological disorder can include intrusive memories, avoidance, negative changes in thinking and mood.
CONCLUSION
If you are easily feeling tense, startled, on guard, on edge and have difficulty to fall asleep, concentrate, look for external help. You can’t be always a superhero. You are human and it is normal to not be okay and still be a man. Break the stigma and refuse to play the game dictated by society where anxiety is a serious problem.
