‍ 1. About Our Organisation

We are a non-profit health and wellbeing organisation providing education and experiential services including nutrition, movement, modalities – mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and sound energy to the BAME.  However we offer an ‘open door’ policy to those who resonate with us.
All proceeds go towards supporting our mission to promote wholistic health and wellbeing.

 2. Payments & Refunds

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable.
  • In-person Events & Services: Refunds at our discretion, subject to a 10% admin fee.
  • Deposits(e.g. for retreats and large projects): Non-refundable.

 Please ensure you understand the terms before booking.

 3. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services do not replace medical advice or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have a condition or uncertainty about participating.

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Health complications
  • Worsening of conditions
  • Death

Engagement is at your own risk and discretion.

 4. Scope of Services

We provide wholistic health and wellbeing support through:

  • Nutrition education
  • Movement (e.g., yoga, gentle exercise)
  • Modalities – meditation, mindfulness, breath work practices etc.

These services are non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and meant for educational and personal development purposes only.

 5. Retreats & In-Person Events

Our retreats and events may involve:

  • Physical activity
  • Group interaction
  • Travel or shared accommodation

You must be responsible for your own wellbeing and readiness. We reserve the right to deny participation to preserve safety and group integrity.

 6. Elderly Participants

We warmly welcome elderly participants and encourage active engagement.

However:

  • Please consult a healthcare provider before joining if you have age-related health conditions.
  • Inform facilitators of any limitations for safe participation.
  • Participation is at your own discretion, and we cannot tailor sessions to all individual health needs.

 7. Intellectual Property

All materials (guides, recordings, downloads) are the property of our organisation.
They are:

  • For personal, non-commercialuse only
  • Not to be reproduced or redistributed without written consent

 8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe and inclusive environment. All participants are expected to:

  • Show respect to staff and peers
  • Avoid disruptive or harmful behaviour
  • Maintain confidentiality in group settings

Violation may result in removal from services without refund.

 9. Updates & Revisions

We may update these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon being posted. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
