STORYTIME (ALIA'S STORY)
My name is Alia. I would like to share with you my experience. 2 years ago, I went through a serious depression which had negative impact on my mental health. I used to be under pressure at work. I didn’t use to communicate and this fostered my grief. I developed bad eating habits. I put on weight and that lead me to obesity. I was a potential candidate to heart attack and obesity. That changed, when I met a friend, who showed compassion, empathy and opened my eyes on nutrition, movement and meditation.
Today, I connect, communicate and ask for help when needed. I give priority to good nutrition, movement and meditation. I am grateful to my friend and feel healthier and happier.
